Dublin bus route 757 (Airlink) is the best option. Will be refunded by COST (keep your tickets!! Every 30 minutes from Dublin Bus terminus in airport (outside arrivals terminal 1 or close to taxi rank outside terminal 2). Get off at North Wall Quay stop (directly opposite hotel, stop # 6252, timetable).
Note: route 747 will not pass hotel, only route 757. - Aircoach (routes 702 or 703) are also useful to reach the hotel from the airport (www.aircoach.ie). Will be refunded by COST. Get off at convention centre. All Aircoach services operate from the front door of both Terminal 1 arrivals and Terminal 2 (close to taxi rank) at Dublin Airport.

Conference venue:
The meeting will be held in the CRANN institute on the campus of Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin. The CRANN building is at the east end of the college campus. The lecture theatre is called the PACCAR theatre. See interactive map for location.
