Second Scientific Workshop, Marseille, Day 2 (Jan 13, 2015)
Today we continued with the Second Scientific Workshop started in Marseille.
We went to "Le Pharo" from which we had a very nice view over "Le Vieux Port"
of Marseille.
Because of an unfortunate sickness Prof. Karsten Mayer was unable to come,
and his Keynote lecture was taken over by Prof. Rob Deeth who gave a splendid
overview on spin-crossover, which was followed by seven amazing talks more in
the morning sessions and lots of discussion at the coffee break and light lunch.
We started off the afternoon by a exquisite Keynote lecture by Prof. Jeremy Harvey,
followed by four more talks before the Management Committee meeting took place.
Looking back, this has been a wonderful meeting with scientific talks of high level
that inspired lots of discussions, questions, remarks and feedback during the coffee
breaks, lucnhes, and poster session.
