Fourth scientific workshop, Prague, Day 3 (April 15, 2016)
Today was the last day of the Fourth Scientific Workshop in Prague.
Kara Bren opened the day with a marvellous talk on the effect of heme conformations
on spin states and electron transfer in cytochromes. This was followed by five
excellent talks on e.g. spin-crossover, valence tautomerism, single molecule magnets,
reactive oxygen species and pseuo-octahedral iron(II) complexes. The meeting ended
with a fascinating Keynote lecture by Karsten Meyer.
After a light lunch, all participants went on their way back home.
